Congress Hall Beach

Watercolorist Lou Riccio depicted many familiar Cape May scenes in his work. His love for the area was the prime inspiration for his watercolor pieces and his attention to detail created a beautiful final product. Here, two empty (but not for long) Adirondack chairs sit in front of Congress Hall where cabanas and umbrellas fill the beaches on another perfect beach day. It is sold unframed.
